Who processes your data

What we collect and why

The data you enter in the request form (name, company, email, phone, dates, venue, message and selected equipment) are used only to reply to you and prepare the quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Name and email are needed to reply; the other fields are optional.

Where they go and for how long

The website and email are hosted by Aruba S.p.A. in Italy, which acts as our data processor. Your request stays on the website server only until our internal records collect it, within minutes, and is then deleted from the server; a copy reaches us by email. Our internal records are kept on a server at our premises that is not reachable from the internet.

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the request and any business relationship, then for the periods required by law for tax records. We do not share them with third parties, do not transfer them outside the European Union and do not use them for newsletters.

Like any web server, the hosting records technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operation, kept according to the provider's policies.

Cookies and statistics

This website uses no cookies and no profiling, and loads no fonts or scripts from external services. The equipment you add to "your kit" is stored only in your browser, so that the list is still there when you change page, until you send the request or remove it.

To understand how the site is used we count visits anonymously, with our own tool and without third parties: page viewed, website you came from, time spent on the page, type of device and screen width, language, and approximate city derived from your IP address with the last part removed. The shortened IP is used only for this and then discarded. To tell visits apart within the same day we use a code that changes every day and cannot be linked to you or to your visits on other days. Statistics are kept for up to 25 months. If your browser sends "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control", nothing is counted.

If you appear in a photo of one of our projects and would like it removed, write to us and we will take it down.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to restrict or object to its processing, by writing to the address above. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
